What You’ll Learn:
Proper run form. Efficient walking mechanics. How to use incline for hiking strength. How to pace intervals. How to build endurance without destroying your knees.

What Makes It Rundezvous:
We use Peloton Tread+ Pro slat-belt treadmills with the speed and incline knobs. That means when it’s time to push, you turn the knob and you’re there. No tapping the “increase speed” button 63 times while your interval expires and your legs question your life choices.

Whether you’re sprinting, power walking, or hiking at incline, you’ll learn how to move well, not just move hard.

How to squat, hinge, press, row, carry, and stabilize correctly. How strength supports running, hiking, and everyday life. How to build muscle endurance, develop power, and improve balance, not just “get tired and sore.”

What Makes It Rundezvous:
We use free weights to build real-world strength, the kind that improves muscle endurance, power output, joint stability, and coordination. Dumbbells and functional strength work challenge your stabilizers, protect your knees and ankles, and make you more resilient on hills and intervals.

We also have one Tonal smart gym on site, powered by AI that adjusts weight in one-pound increments as you get stronger. Tonal tracks your performance, progresses you intelligently, and uses features like spotter mode, eccentric overload, and dynamic weight to maximize results safely. Translation: it increases resistance when you’re ready, not when your ego says so.

Kids’ Corner

No sitter? No problem. Our Kids Corner gives parents the freedom to work out while little ones hang out nearby with TV, games, books, and a cozy space to relax.

FREE if your child is comfortable occupying themselves independently.

$5 per family drop-in if supervision is needed (this helps cover staff coming in to supervise while you work out).
