This treadmill-based workout blends structured speed intervals with intentional recovery to boost your VO₂ max, build endurance, and make you faster without frying your nervous system. Whether you’re a runner chasing performance or a walker ready to transition into running, you’ll control the pace and leave stronger than you came.

The Quadfather
The interval class your legs can’t refuse.
This full-body strength class uses smart programming and progressive overload to build muscle, improve stability, and make you stronger for life (and your runs). Around here, the only normal distribution we care about is evenly balanced muscle.
You might not love lifting when you walk in… but statistically speaking, your results will trend upward.
BarBell Curve
Strength for those who’d rather do anything else but know better
This hybrid class blends incline hiking, powerful runs, and strategic strength training into one programmed session. You’ll rotate between treadmill and free weights to build endurance, muscle, power, and stability, all without guessing what comes next.
Whether you’re hiking it out, picking up the pace, or picking up the dumbbells, every block has purpose and options for every level.
It’s energizing. It’s empowering. And you’ll leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.
The ReBoot Camp
Half treadmill. Half strength. Full fire.
Oh, once upon a midnight dreary…this is your low-pressure endurance builder designed to increase aerobic capacity, strength connective tissue, and build mental stamina without burning you out. We keep the pace conversational, the vibes supportive, and the effort steady so you can stack mileage, build confidence, and actually enjoy the run or walk.

The Run/Walk Around
Easy miles. No drama. Just time on feet.
This class blends power walking and light running intervals so you can build endurance without the pressure. Whether you’re just getting started, coming back from a break, or simply prefer a strong walk with moments of lift-off, this is your lane. Expect approachable intervals, great music, and the kind of energy that makes you forget you’re technically exercising.
