Peloton Tread Pro+

Our studio features the Peloton Tread+ Pro, used during instructor-led classes and fully available during open gym hours for self-led workouts. Whether you prefer the energy and coaching of a class or want to follow on-demand Peloton programming or scenic runs on your own, you have the freedom to train your way.

The large, movable touchscreen and intuitive speed and incline knobs allow for seamless, mid-stride adjustments, so you stay focused on your effort, not the controls.

Tonal

Our studio now features Tonal, the most advanced strength training system available, and the only one of its kind in the area. Used during classes and accessible during open gym, Tonal delivers a fully personalized, digital weight experience that adapts to you in real time.

With smart resistance, guided workouts, and data that tracks every rep, Tonal helps you build strength safely and efficiently, without ever picking up a dumbbell. Whether you're following a structured program or exploring on your own, you’ll get a powerful, tech-driven workout that meets you exactly where you are.

This isn’t just strength training. It’s a smarter way to get stronger.

Kids’ Corner

Too often, the hardest part of working out is figuring out what to do with your kids. Kids Corner exists so you don’t have to choose. With a retired ICU nurse on-site to care for your children during select classes, you can move, sweat, and exhale knowing your kids are safe, supported, and close by.

Infrared Sauna

Meet your new favorite recovery method. Our 4-person, low-EMF far infrared sauna is where hard work turns into deep recovery. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat penetrates muscles more efficiently, helping reduce soreness, improve circulation, and melt away stress after class.

It’s spacious, wheelchair accessible, and built for comfort because recovery should be just as intentional as your workout.

Strength Training

Our strength classes, bootcamps, and open gym hours use free weights to help you build strong, capable movement. Free weights challenge stability, improve muscular endurance, develop power, and support muscle growth by activating more muscles through natural, functional movement. We also have one Tonal smart gym on site for private training session. Using AI-powered resistance that adjusts in one-pound increments, Tonal tracks your progress and intelligently progresses your strength over time. It’s strength training that meets you where you are and grows with you.

Compression Boots

At Rundezvous, recovery isn’t an afterthought; it’s part of the plan. Our NormaTec 3 compression boots use dynamic air compression to gently massage your legs, boost circulation, and reduce soreness after tough workouts.

Whether you just crushed intervals, lifted heavy in Barbell Curve, or tackled a long Runaround, these boots help you recover faster so you can show up stronger next time.

Our Story

For most of my life, movement was the place I felt most like myself.

Running. Lifting. Sweating while trying, failing, laughing, and showing up again anyway. Fitness gave me confidence when I didn’t have it, community when I needed it most, and a kind of joy that had nothing to do with perfection or performance.

It was never about six-packs. It was about feeling strong enough to carry all the groceries in one trip…and emotionally stable to survive the group chat. But then life happened…

I found myself in rooms where I was told I could “be my authentic self…as long as I filter it.”

  • Where trust felt fragile.

  • Where everyone was quietly watching their backs.

  • Where showing up fully felt risky.

This cracked something open because it made me realize how many of us are living filtered lives: at work, at the gym, and even in our own bodies. It made me realize how often we shrink ourselves, stay quiet, or convince ourselves we don’t belong in spaces that were never built for real humans in the first place.

Rundezvous was born from that realization.

This studio isn’t about being the fastest, strongest, or most disciplined. It’s about becoming the best version of you. The one who shows up honestly and unapologetically. The one who moves without judgment, laughs mid-workout, and struggle buses out loud. The one who feels like a total badass exactly as you are, whether you’re walking, running, lifting, or just figuring it out.

Here, movement isn’t punishment; It’s permission.

  • Permission to take up space.

  • Permission to be seen.

  • Permission to turn down the noise and turn up the music.

At Rundezvous, you’ll find joy in your first mile, your fastest mile, and your “I showed up even though I almost didn’t come” mile. You’ll find strength classes where we lift heavy things and also lift each other. You’ll find that the hardest part is walking through the door while the easiest part is staying. If Rundezvous helps even one person fall in love with movement, then it’s doing what it was meant to do. Because when one person’s relationship with movement changes, it doesn’t stop with them. Their kids notice. Their friends feel it. Their confidence shows up everywhere else in life.

This is a place to come as you are.
To move. To laugh. To belong.

Welcome to Rundezvous! I’m really glad you’re here.

1

Rundezvous is a boutique fitness studio in Williamston, Michigan offering both instructor-led classes and open gym access. Work out on Peloton Treads, build strength with Tonal and free weights, and recover with premium services, all in a fun, supportive, community-driven environment.

We kept hearing the same thing from people: “I want to love running and working out, but I don’t know where to start.”

Rundezvous was created to solve exactly that. We built a studio where beginners feel comfortable, experienced athletes still feel challenged, and everyone can find their pace. Our coached workouts, structured classes, and welcoming community make it easier to build confidence, strength, and consistency.

Join a fully coached, instructor-led class where we guide you every step of the way, or come in for open gym and follow structured workouts on Peloton and Tonal, from strength and Pilates to walks and recovery. It’s the best of both worlds: expert guidance when you want it, independence when you need it, all in a supportive, no-judgment community.
